For anything beyond a single trade, yes. A good contractor saves you money by sequencing work correctly the first time, catching problems early and keeping subs accountable. For multi-room or whole-home projects it’s essential.
Most projects are a transparent fixed price after the design stage, so you know your number before we start. For open-ended scopes we can work cost-plus with a clear management fee. Either way, no surprise change orders.
Yes — we coordinate the drawings, submit permit applications and schedule every inspection, so your project stays legal and on track without you chasing the city.
As much or as little as you like. We give you weekly updates and bring decisions to you in batches, but the day-to-day coordination is entirely on us.
