Kirwan Carpentry is a full-service carpentry and contracting company based in Toronto. We work with a trusted network of sub-trades, designers and architects, and while most of our projects are downtown, we’ve built right across Ontario — from Waterloo to Niagara to Collingwood.
Our passion is full home renovations. We love working with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life with old-world care and a tidy, honest job site.

Seán Kirwan
Founder & Owner
Seán began his carpentry and joinery apprenticeship in Dublin in 2010 and specialises in finished carpentry. After moving to Toronto in 2016 and building with a renowned custom-home firm, he founded Kirwan Carpentry in 2020. He manages every project personally and works tirelessly to make sure his clients are beyond happy.
Luis Machado
Carpenter
Luis studied architecture with a focus on construction systems in Venezuela, with a deep passion for how things are built. He’s since moved to the hands-on side of the trade and is accelerating fast — his hard work and attention to detail make him a true asset to the team.
